I can personally attest for eating right, but suggest going one step further. Organic and locally produced foods are more nutritionally dense and have a positive impact on your growing baby’s health. Commercially produced foods brought in from other countries have been grown in soil bereft of the vital nutrients necessary.
Check out your local CSA, farm market, or even urban farms in your area and eat with the seasons. You will feel better, eat less (because your body is getting the nutrition it craves from the foods you eat), and you will help support your local economy.

I wonder if a couple’s inability to produce offspring is a subject some couples who deal with it conceal from others. I raise this question because my brother and his wife have been married for over ten years and have never expressed interest in having children. My brother has hinted indirectly to their not wanting children until they are in a more conducive financial situation for a child, but it has been over ten years. So now I am wondering if they have had difficulty having a baby. I have never directly prodded my brother or his wife with such a question. I find it too personal and none of my business. But I wonder about this.
